Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully repackage the item in its original protective boxing and internal padding to ensure it remains undamaged during transit back to our warehouse.

  Schedule Collection

  Once your request is approved, our specialized furniture couriers will contact you to coordinate a convenient time for curbside or white-glove pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned piece, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees, within 5-7 business days.
